Follow the main progression from the drawbridge to the Wall, with transport unlocks and links for specific obstacles.
The Big Walk walkthrough follows a repeating task: solve cooperative puzzles, carry their red rewards to a tower, then finish the released key’s route. The Red Tower gives your group a map; later towers open transport, and the Black Tower leads toward the ending. [destructoid-route]
Choose the person who will keep hosting future sessions. Progress belongs to the host, and the rest of the group disconnects when that host ends the session. Start a world configured for the minimum number of players who will remain available. [faq]
In the opening area, practice picking things up, gesturing and communicating through the puzzle structures. Finish its four reward challenges to open the drawbridge and reach the main island. [destructoid-route]
| Progression stop | What it gives you | Where to go for help |
|---|---|---|
| Red Tower | Map Room access | Map unlock |
| Green Tower | Chairlift transport | Use the high viewpoints to orient the group |
| Yellow Tower | Tunnel access | Also opens the route to metallic paint |
| Blue Tower | Moving trains | Train unlock and controls |
| Black Tower | Key to the Wall | Black Tower checkpoint |
This is a navigation plan, not a requirement to complete every side puzzle in exactly this order. Transport makes later trips easier. A finished reward does not have to remain beside the puzzle that produced it. Carry it to the tower you are working on and check that it has been accepted. [destructoid-route]
After filling a tower’s receptacles, take the released key to its first cutter and follow the directional markers. Keep passing it through the indicated stations until it fits the final mechanism. A key in your hands is an intermediate step, not confirmation that a transport system is unlocked. [polygon-train]
If a distant number puzzle stops you early, mark it and return with the paper map. The 4166, 1899 solution requires the group to split between the reward container and a remote button. [gs-coordinates]
Use the Black Key at the Wall, then continue to the sphere for the final main sequence. Expect communication restrictions to become part of the challenge. For the full spoiler route, open Big Walk endings. [polygon-ending]
If a challenge is inaccessible to someone in the group, the host can enable challenge skipping through the accessibility menu when starting a session. You can pause the adventure and return to the same host’s save later. [faq]
