Big Walk has community mods, including Bigger Walk for parties above the normal player limit and Big Person View for camera controls. Download instructions and requirements belong to each author’s page. These are community additions, not features promised by House House. [bigger-walk] [person-view]

The table reports what the authors publish. We have not installed these mods or verified their compatibility with every platform or current game patch. A mod version such as 1.4.0 is its own release number; it should not be mistaken for the game’s version. [bigger-walk] [person-view]

What Bigger Walk requires

The author lists BepInEx as a dependency and says only the host needs the mod. Its manual instructions describe installing the loader into the game folder, running the game once for setup, and placing the mod DLL in the loader’s plugins folder. Follow the author’s current linked build and file instructions for the exact package. This is not a console installation guide. [bigger-walk]

The official unmodified player limit remains 12. House House’s crossplay and version-matching guidance applies to the supported game; it does not certify an expanded modded lobby. [faq]

Before changing an existing group’s setup

Record the game version, mod version and loader version. Check the author’s recent updates and issue reports, especially after a game patch. Keep a backup of the host’s save before experimenting, and confirm that you can launch the unmodified game before inviting the group back.

For a connection problem after adding a mod, reproduce the session with the mod disabled before using the standard timeout checklist. Report mod-specific problems to its author with the version details; do not assume the game’s latest network fix also updates third-party code. [history]
